We are a NACCC Enhanced Accredited centre for Child Contact Services!
Our Child Contact Services include Supervised Sessions, Supported Sessions, Supported Handovers, Indirect Contact and Virtual Sessions. They are there for children to maintain or re-establish contact with a parent, grandparent, sibling, other relative, or another person important in their life.
This may be needed when their relationship has broken down, there is no current arrangements in place that can be agreed or a safe environment is needed. Parents do not have to meet and several families use the facilities at the same time.
We have a dedicated team of highly trained and professional staff to support parents/children during their sessions and for handovers. Each family is allocated a Family Support Worker to offer consistency and familiarity.
We offer sessions on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Complimentary tea and coffee is offered for adults and a variety of soft drinks for children.
Our Sessions take place in one of four family friendly rooms with an allocated Family Support Worker.
